Our Story
Everyday Balance began in 2020 when our founder, Emma Chen, recognized a troubling pattern in the wellness industry: an overwhelming focus on dramatic transformations, expensive products, and unsustainable practices that left many people feeling inadequate or overwhelmed.
Having spent over a decade in behavioral psychology and wellness education, Emma wanted to create a different kind of resource—one that celebrated the power of simple, accessible habits that anyone could integrate into their existing routines without major lifestyle overhauls or financial investments.
What started as a small blog sharing evidence-based information about hydration, movement, and nature connection has evolved into a comprehensive platform offering workshops, consultations, and community events. Throughout our growth, we've remained committed to our founding principle: wellness should be accessible to everyone, free from pressure and unrealistic promises.
In 2025, we formalized our approach and established our San Francisco headquarters, creating a physical space that embodies the balance and simplicity we advocate. Today, our community spans the globe, united by a shared commitment to gentle, sustainable well-being practices that enhance daily life without demanding perfection.
